ActiveFormResizer Control Developer License Agreement
IMPORTANT: Please read carefully before continuing.
Connection Artech owns all title to this software and its copyright, which are protected by international copyright law.
This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Connection Artech Pty. Ltd.(" Connection Artech ") for ActiveFormResizer Control software and associated materials, collectively referred as the "Licensed Software". By continuing to use the Licensed Software, you agree to the clauses of this Agreement.
Clause 1: This license grants you make one copy of the Licensed Software for backup purpose, install Licensed Software on to one computer only.
Clause 2: This license grants you to develop applications with the Licensed Software without need to pay royalty to Connection Artech.
Clause 3: You may not sell, lend, rent, lease, duplicate, translate, or otherwise distribute any parts of the Licensed Software for money or any other form of reward without the prior written consent of Connection Artech.
Clause 4: You may not reverse engineering of the Licensed Software.
Clause 5: Connection Artech specifically disclaims all warranties, explicitly or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose with respect to the Licensed Software.
Clause 6: In no circumstances will Connection Artech be liable to you for any damages, directly or indirectly arising out of your use of or inability to use the Licensed Software, even if Connection Artech has been specifically advised on the possibility of such damages.
This licensing agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
